Signs to look for
- Silver-grey insects at night
- Damage to paper or cardboard
- Activity in bathrooms or wardrobes
- Shed scales in cupboards
Risks

- Persistent activity in damp voids
- Concern for occupants
Prevention
- Improve ventilation
- Reduce humidity
- Store paper goods dry
- Seal gaps around skirting and pipes
