Your order confirmation page records the order details submitted through the website at that moment. A separate order email may follow when the commerce system sends it; if it does not arrive, contact PPS with the reference shown on the page.
Order and payment status
- Check the order reference and the payment status shown on the confirmation page.
- Keep the confirmation page and any order email until delivery, collection or a return question is resolved.
Delivery, tax and returns
- Check the delivery address, selected shipping option, product names, quantities and VAT-inclusive total.
- For damaged goods, returns or refund requests, contact PPS with the order reference before sending anything back. PPS will confirm the applicable process and any statutory rights.
If something looks wrong
Contact PPS Cyprus with the reference shown on the page and explain what needs to be corrected. Do not use a product during an active or safety-sensitive situation until PPS or the product label confirms the next step.
